If you are looking for peace and privacy then please consider the Orchard Studio.

It has a large (400 sq.m.) private garden with a plunge pool exclusively for your use. It is not overlooked and has beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside .  During the summer months the water temperature reaches a very comfortable 28 degrees.        

The octagonal pool has a diameter of 3.7 m

If you are looking for a long winter weekend in the south of France, we can offer special weekend rates with a minimum of 3 nights.

The west facing terrace offers shade from the sun until well after mid-day and helps to keep the studio cool in Summer. It is the perfect place to eat your meals, or to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine . A gas barbecue is provided; perfect for use on a warm summers' evening .

If you choose not to eat out in one of the local restaurants, the small but perfectly formed kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own gastronomic delights using fresh local

produce.

The work surface offers ample space for food preparation. There is a gas hob, electric oven with extractor fan, fridge with freezer box, toaster, filter coffe machine, kettle and enough cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery to enjoy a good result every time. Failing that, you can always nip down to the bar in Caudies for a takeaway pizza !

Unlike many other gites, we will always make sure you have enough salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, kithen roll and washing up liquid at least for the first few days if not the duration of your stay.

The living area seats four comfortably and has a good selection of holiday reading as well as local maps and guides.

Looking at the visitors book is often a good way to find some of the best places recommended by past guests . 

There is a cd player and radio with a small selection of cd`s but please feel free to bring your own. There is also a dvd player to watch the odd film or two. The studio also has wi-fi internet and is free of charge to guests.

The studio is equipped for use all year round, and has electric heating. There is a cast iron log burning stove to keep you cosy on chilly winter evenings.

The shower room has a washbasin with shelving and mirror above, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

In the garage beside the Studio there is a washing machine for the use of guests.

The separate sleeping area has a most comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a wardrobe and cupboard with drawers for storage. A hairdryer is also provided.

The two south facing windows look over the garden onto countryside.
